Our 4/3 sleeps up to 11 people (regardless of age) in two kings, one queen, and one bunk room with a twin-over-twin and twin-over-full bunk bed. Private pool with 1/2 bath poolside, charcoal grill, picnic table, and pool furnishings for entertaining away from the beach. Our driveway, by city ordinance, will hold up to 4 vehicles, boat trailers are possible but must be pre-approved. Our kitchen is stocked including coffee supplies for both drip and Keurig coffee makers, fridge with in-door filtered water and ice, microwave, electric range and dishwasher. We provide all linens including pool towels (please bring beach towels) as well as washer and dryer for quick clean ups. We have stocked our home with books and games as well as Disney+ and YouTubeTV for movie night.
